These are rocks that were arisen by the Finnish soldiers during times of war. They were meant to stop, or at least slow down Russian tanks. And the Finns didn't have any tanks, so they didn't have to worry about it.
My house is next to a place called the "Last Line of the Defence of Salpausselkä". Salpausselän viimeinen puolustuslinja. There are bunkers and trenches all around and these lines of rocks.
